After the call, if we’re a good fit, you can choose to purchase additional hours for ongoing support and project work. A detailed plan and timeline will be created.

Discovery calls can be rescheduled or canceled through the link in your confirmation email. For paid hours, cancellations or rescheduling or refund is not provided. You can utilise the remaining hours anytime before it expires.

Paid hours can be used for any WordPress development, customization, or consulting work you need. This includes ongoing website maintenance, new feature development, or troubleshooting.

Once purchased, your hours are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, giving you flexibility to use them as needed.

Yes, once your paid hours are used up, you can easily purchase additional hours, or we can discuss a longer-term retainer package for ongoing support.
